Czech Open 2011 Tips and Wyndham Championship 2011 Odds

After my stunning 150-1 winner at the USPGA championship (Also had Toms ew at 55-1) I woul like to thank Keegan Bradley for a most memorable evening as I watched him win a dramatic play off to claim his first major.

But why didn’t I put more money on him ! Winnings of just under £100 could have been in the thousands !

Golf tournaments this weekend are very tricky to predict with low quality fields in both the Czech Open and the Wyndahm championship so I am taking it easy and only placing small bets to win .

Before tee of the best odds in most cases were at Boyle Sports, SkyBet and BetFair.
czech open, all £1 to win.

Who will Win the Premiership 2011-2012 Season ?

Who will Win the Premiership 2011-2012 Season ? If you are looking for Premiership 2011-2012 Tips then in reality there are only 5 teams with a possibility of winning the English Premier League .

Here are the current odds 1 day before kick off, these odds will change as soon as the first results come in. Most online bookies will offer a free best when you open a new account so it’s a good time to have a punt.

Man Utd are best price 13-8 with Paddy Power and SkyBet

Chelsea are 3-1 best odds with BetFred and Totesport

Man City are 9-2 with Corals and 4–1 with SkyBet

Arsenal are best odds 12-1 with BetFred

Liverpool are 14-1 with BetFred

When I look at these Premiership odds for season 2011-2012 it is clear that Man Utd are clear favourites and this is probably justified. But with a new goalkeeper could the defence be a little shaky at times ? At less than 2-1 odds there is still not much value in backing Man Utd.

Can Chelsea win the Premiership 2011-2012 season ? I have my doubts as the key players are getting older and the £50 million Torres signing has not worked out yet. But with Man Utd not improving too much since last season it will be no surprise if Chelsea run them close.

Man City are the big spenders but do they have the same team spirit as the other rivals ? I doubt it and if they lose Tevez it will be a massive blow. If Tevez stays and they sign a few more players they could go very close.

Arsenal at 12-1 with BetFred sounds tempting but if Fabregras signs for Barcelona and Nasri signing  for Man city possibly then they have no chance unless they sign big name replacements which is unlikely.

Liverpool best odds of 14-1 Best Odds at BetFred and Totesport probably offers the best value if they can stay in the mix until the new year. Dalglish has made some exciting signings and spent over £100 million. Liverpool could be real contenders if they can sort out their away form.

Who will win the USPGA 2011 Golf Final Major ? Best odds and Tips look interesting

The last major golf tournament of the year takes place at the Atlanta Athletic Golf Club in Georgia on the Highland Course. The USPGA prize money for the winner is great of course and the world ranking points on offer are an incentive but the real glory is capturing the last major of the year.

But who will win the US PGA 2011 Tournament ? Here are some picks and the current best odds on the USPGA 2011 Event.

I banked £56 winnings from the Bridgestone Invitational with Fowler and Donald finishing in a tie for 2nd which won my each way bets that I used at BetFred and Boyle Sports as I had some free bet promotions after opening new accounts there.

David Toms 66-1 at Paddy Power is an outside bet as he is playing pretty well and won the 2001 USPGA at this course.

Luke Donald 15-1 at Paddy Power, World number one is in great form.

Rory McIlroy at almost 11-1 with Betfair, Rory came back to form at the Bridgestone Invitational.

Lee Westwood 16-1 at BetFred, played well at Bridgestone and best player yet to win a golf major.

Adam Scott 25-1 at Stan James , can his new caddy Steve Williams help him win first major ?

Jason Day 28-1 at William Hill, very consistent player having already tied 2nd in 2 Majors this year.

Rickie Fowler 33-1 with BetFred and Paddy Power, this young guy has great potential.

Tiger Woods odds are as long as 25-1 with Paddy Power but it’s a big ask after being out so long.

Steve Stricker at 30-1 may alos be a good each way bet at Paddy Power.

There are many outside bets but these are the pick of the best odds on offer before the 2011 USPGA tees off.

Bridgestone Invitational 2011 Golf Final Round Odds

Well, if you check out my tips here you will see that I have still have a few guys challenging for my each way bets at the Bridgestone Invitational. Predicting the winner is tough as there are many players within 5 0r 6 strokes.

Just a few hours before the leaders head out for their final round, the favourite is leader Adam Scott who is 5/2 at BetFred and other bookies. Of course he is one of the few golfers I didn’t back !

Bets still in with a chance include my each way bets on Luke Donald, Jason Day, Rickie Fowler, Rory McIlroy, Steve Stricker and an outside chance for Lee Westwood to finish in the places.

In order to cover potential losses I decided to place a few bets to win at Betfair on guys in contention.

Martin Laird 13-1 £2 to win

Keegan Bradley 16-1 £2 to win

Ryo IshiKawa 10-1 £2 to win ( Good odds at Betfair for a guy one off the lead)

Fredrik Jacobson 27-1 £2 to win

If Adam Scotts putting continues to do well he could cost me dearly but hoping a few of my guys can finish strongly !

Ok, away to chill the beers and watch the final round at the Firestone Country club.

2011 USPGA Best Odds, Who will win the last Major of the Year ?

The 2011 USPGA Major will take place at the Atlanta Athletic Club, Johns Creek, Georgia, USA.

The last golf major is hard to predict and I normally wait a few days before the USPGA starts to check out the form of the major players.

Can Tiger Woods land his first major this decade ?

Can Rory McIlroy continue his stunning major form and win again ?

Can the veteran David Toms repeat his USPGA 2001 major win at the same course ?

The best odds may depend on the outcome of the Bridgestone Invitational but at the moment these are interesting.

Rory McIlroy 14-1 Boyle Sports

Phil Mickleson 18/1 Betfair

Tiger Woods 16-1 BetFred

David Toms 80-1 Totesport

Bridgestone Invitational 2011 WGC Odds…Can the Tiger roar back ?

The WGC Bridgestone Invitational welcomes back Tiger Woods, a few days before the tournament started you could get 22-1 on Woods making a winning comeback. Some serious money must have went on as he was down to 16-1 just before tee off.

Tiger loves this course but it’s a big ask to see him winning after a long lay off. An each way bet might be tempting.

After my disaster last week at the Irish open betting I need to recoup some money ! I opened new accounts at BetFred and Boyle Sports and fortunately they had some great free bet offers which gave me £90 to have a bash at the Bridgestone Invitational.

I decided to spread my bets a lot and go for many each way bets.

Selections placed at Boyle Sports

Lee Westwood 16/1 £2 ew
Byrd, Jonathan 175-1, £1 ew
Schwartzel, Charl 3-1 win
Rickie Fowler 45-1 £4 ew
Sean O Hair 45-1 £2 ew
Kj Choi 50-1 , £2 ew
R Goosen 70-1 £2 ew
Ernie Els 80-1 £2 ew
Rory McIlroy 14-1 £6 ew
Tiger Woods 16-1 £6 ew

And here at the selections at BetFred

Darren Clarke 100-1  £35ew

Lee Westwood 14-1 £5 ew

Luke donald 20-1 £5 each way

Sergio Garcia 40-1 £5 each way

Bo Van Pelt  45-1 £1 ew

Steve Stricker 16-1 £2 ew

Graeme McDowell 70-1 £1 ew

Richard Green 100-1 £1 ew

The Irish Open golf turned out to be very bad for me with only £26 winnings from my each way bet on Simon Dyson with William Hill.  Unfortunately Ross Fisher was bang in contention going into the final round but his son was taken ill and it was no surprise when he dropped out of the reckoning.

A top 10 finish for Fisher ( He Tied 17th) would have brought me over £100 winnings and a top 4 place would have increased that to over £150 !
